Amazon Listing Optimization & Research Specialist

We are looking for an Amazon Listing Optimization & Research Specialist to join our growing e-commerce brand. This role is for someone who combines data, creativity, Amazon knowledge, AI tools, research, project management, and strong execution. You will help improve Amazon listings, research competitors, manage optimization projects, test new ideas, and support the team in building better systems and workflows.

This is not a basic Amazon VA role. We are looking for someone who can think, research, organize, execute, and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

A/B Testing & Data Analysis Set up, manage, and analyze A/B tests to improve Amazon listing performance, including images, titles, bullet points, A+ content, and other listing elements.

Tech & AI Fluency Research, test, and implement new AI tools and software that can improve department workflows, speed, creativity, and output quality.

Amazon Ecosystem Management Work inside the Amazon Seller ecosystem, including listing updates, EBC/A+ content, brand stories, image uploads, compliance checks, and ongoing listing improvements.

Market & Competitor Research Conduct detailed competitor research, analyze Amazon reviews, study customer feedback, review Amazon Vine insights, and support user surveys through platforms such as Prolific.

Project Management in ClickUp Use ClickUp to manage projects, build stage-gate systems, create repeatable task templates, track progress, and handle a large number of tasks in an organized way.

Freelancer & Expert Management Find, vet, and manage freelancers, production companies, designers, researchers, and niche experts such as medical professionals through platforms like LinkedIn, Behance, Infostud, and other global sources.

Must-Have Requirements

The ideal candidate must have:

• Experience with A/B testing and data analysis
• High fluency with AI tools, automation, and new software
• Deep understanding of the Amazon Seller ecosystem
• Strong ability to conduct market, competitor, and customer research
• Advanced experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools
• Ability to find, vet, and manage freelancers and external experts
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage many moving parts without losing control
