AML Analyst Trainee

Role & Responsibilities:

• Complete the AML induction and training programme, and pass the assessment before starting live casework
• Review transaction monitoring and screening alerts under the supervision of a senior analyst
• Document findings and rationale for every case worked, to the standard set out in our procedures
• Escalate cases that fall outside your authority, with a clear summary of what you reviewed and why you are escalating
• Support Enhanced Due Diligence reviews by gathering customer information, transaction history and open-source research for a senior analyst to assess
• Assist with onboarding declarations and customer due diligence checks
• Learn the regulatory requirements of the jurisdictions we operate in, and apply them consistently in daily casework
• Participate in quality assurance feedback and act on findings
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary
