AML & Compliance Officer

SYMALLOR is an international consulting company headquartered in Belgrade.

We operate in the Serbian market, with plans for further expansion. Our focus lies in providing business advice, management, marketing, recruiting and international business services.

We are looking for a senior AML & Compliance Officer to join our client’s business in Serbia. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee existing AML and compliance framework in line with Serbian legislation
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements
• Monitor and improve internal AML controls and reporting processes
• Oversee suspicious activity monitoring and regulatory reporting
• Conduct internal risk assessments and compliance reviews
• Prepare for regulatory inspections and audits
• Update policies and procedures when legislation changes
• Coordinate with management and operational teams on compliance matters

Requirements:

• Valid Serbian AML license
• Strong knowledge of Serbian AML and gambling regulation
• Senior-level AML/Compliance experience in betting/iGaming
• Experience working within an already operational framework
• English - professional proficiency
