Adriatic Bank JSC Belgrade is looking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated professional for the job position

AML & FT Unit Officer (M/F)

Place of work: Belgrade

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Implementation of measures and activities in line with the legislations on Prevention of ML/TF
• Participation in the development of internal acts for the application of regulations in the field of prevention of money laundering, financing of terrorism, restrictions in the field of domestic and international restrictive measures and embargoes
• Participation in internal controls and activities aimed at the efficient functioning of the internal control system in the area of AML/CFT at the Bank level, in accordance with the Bank's regulations and internal acts
• Participation in the analysis and assessment of the risk of money laundering and financing of terrorism for a group or type of customer, i.e. business relationship, products and services that the Bank provides within its activities
• Analysis of transactions from sanction's risk point of view and assessment of related parties – including the Entity, Directors, Shareholders etc...
• Timely and accurate response to the AML & FT Authority‘s request
• Identifying, monitoring and analyzing of transactions within the area of responsibilities
• Providing advisory activities regarding issues related to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree  
• License required for authorized person under the Law on AML & FT is a preferable
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in AML & FT section within the banking sector
• Excellent understanding of the overall AML & FT related regulation
• Good knowledge of English language
• Good communication and organization skills
