As an Android Developer, you will:

• Develop and maintain high-quality native Android applications.
• Translate business and technical requirements into reliable, scalable and user-friendly mobile solutions.
• Take an active role in project planning, technical discussions and solution design.
• Proactively identify challenges, propose practical solutions and take responsibility for implementing them.
• Participate in the complete application lifecycle, from initial planning and architecture to development, testing, publishing and maintenance.
• Understand the broader product and business context, anticipate technical risks and contribute to defining priorities and milestones.
• Challenge existing approaches constructively and suggest improvements to architecture, development processes, application performance and user experience.
• Take ownership of features and solutions from initial idea through implementation and successful delivery.

Your Mission

• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA engineers and project managers to define, build, test and release Android applications.
• Develop new features and continuously improve existing functionality.
• Coordinate with backend developers to define, integrate and test APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, testable and reusable Kotlin code.
• Identify technical issues, investigate their causes and implement reliable solutions.
• Take responsibility for application performance, stability and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions.
• Suggest improvements to development processes, architecture and application quality.
• Maintain high coding standards and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in native Android development.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin.
• Solid understanding of the Android SDK and Android application lifecycle.
• Experience with Android Jetpack components.
• Experience integrating applications with REST APIs and other web services.
• Strong understanding of HTTP, JSON and CRUD operations.
• Experience with asynchronous programming using Kotlin Coroutines.
• Understanding of modern Android architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVI or Clean Architecture.
• Experience with local data storage, such as Room or SQLite.
• Experience with dependency injection, preferably Hilt, Dagger or Koin.
• Familiarity with Gradle, Git and standard Android development tools.
• Understanding of responsive layouts and support for different screen sizes and Android versions.
• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding UX, interactions and application performance.
• Ability to write well-structured, maintainable and reusable code.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• A goal-oriented, responsible and conscientious approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile environment and within cross-functional teams.
• A proactive and ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to participate actively in planning, propose solutions and carry them through to implementation.
