AP Clerk

Soufflet Malt, part of the InVivo Group, is a global leader in malt production with a strong international presence. For our EMEA Shared Service Center in Novi Sad we are looking for an AP Clerk to support Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense operations.

Key responsibilities

• Control vendor invoices received through P2P tools,
• Book vendor invoices and match them against purchase orders and goods/services receipts,
• Review payment run proposals in close cooperation with the Treasury SSC team,
• Control and process employees’ travel & expense reports,
• Provide vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or issues,
• Manage inquiries from vendors and internal country teams regarding invoices and payments,
• Resolve vendor billing discrepancies and related queries,
• Review and analyze accounts payable balances, including cash disbursements,
• Monitor purchase orders and support preparation of accruals for month-end and year-end closing,
• Participate in accounting activities transfers from countries to Shared Services.

• Ability to quickly become proficient in AP and T&E systems (SAP S/4HANA, Notilus),
• Basic accounting knowledge,
