AP Team Lead

Soufflet Malt, part of the InVivo Group, is a global leader in malt production with a strong international presence.

For our EMEA Shared Service Center in Novi Sad, we are looking for an experienced AP Team Lead to manage Accounts Payable operations and support process improvements and migrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end AP operations and ensure high-quality service delivery,
• Oversee daily activities and support the team when needed,
• Drive process standardization, efficiency and continuous improvement,
• Manage AP migrations into SSC, including transition, cutover and stabilization,
• Coordinate with Finance, SSC and IT stakeholders to ensure smooth operations,
• Support month-end closing in collaboration with General Accounting,
• Ensure proper user access rights for all team members in line with roles and responsibilities, 
• Ensure all AP processes are properly documented, maintained and up to date,
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements, 
• Act as the main point of contact for AP-related topics.

Team & stakeholder management

• Lead, develop, and motivate the AP team, 
• Ensure effective workload distribution and resource planning,
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders,
• Support performance management and team development.

What we are looking for

• Experience in AP and team leadership, ideally in SSC or multinational environments,
• Solid understanding of P2P processes and finance operations, 
• Experience with migrations and/or process improvements,
• Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or P2P tools,
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros),
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills,
• Proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset,
• Fluent English.
