AFI Serbia, as a part of a leading international real estate investor AFI Group, is developing large scale of office and mix-use projects in Serbia such as: Airport city Belgrade, Business Garden, Skyline and AFI City Zmaj. AFI Serbia built approximately 140.000 sqm A class office space so far and additional 32.000sqm is under construction.

Due to expansion of its portfolio in Serbian Real Estate Market and planned future development activities, AFI Management d.o.o., as a management company for the entire real estate portfolio of AFI Serbia is enlarging Construction and Legal departments and searching for proactive and motivated candidates for the following position:

ARCHITECT

Job description:

• project management from design to completion of construction, as well as supervision of final works;
• coordination of all points of construction according to the adopted design;
• supervision of construction works, meetings organization, preparation of reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
• monitoring the dynamics of the works and meeting the deadlines, while complying with all the rules related to safety and health at work;
• daily communication with team members, subcontractors, coordination of the construction teams and assignment of tasks, meetings scheduling, management, coordination and motivation of team members; and
• fulfilment of all tasks and other actions as ordered by the employer and superiors.

Requirements and qualifications:

• minimum 5 years of work experience on the same or similar jobs;
• knowledge of the English language (preferably intermediate or advanced level);
• education – university degree, construction or architectual engineer, VII level;
• enthusiastic person;
• person dedicated to work and meeting deadlines;
• teamwork oriented and highly organized person;
• good communication skills; and
• driving license B category desirable, but not necessary.
