Textile House is an international fashion retail chain of second-hand shops, currently operating 14 shops in Serbia.

In order to strengthen our position and support the further development of our business, we are looking for:

Area Manager – South Serbia

Requirements

• Previous experience of minimum 3 years in retail, preferably fashion retail.
• Management and leadership competencies.
• Ability to build and develop successful teams.
• Open to new challenges and continuous improvement.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Active driver and willing to travel frequently.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation and development of the assigned shops.
• Lead the shops in accordance with company guidelines, procedures, budgets and business plans.
• Fulfil the targets set in the budget and contribute to the preparation of future business plans.
• Monitor shop performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure the optimization of turnover and profitability in accordance with company standards and values.
• Ensure that Shop Managers and employees understand their targets, responsibilities and expected results.
• Recruit, train and develop shop personnel.
• Find solutions, propose improvements and take initiatives for the benefit of the shops.
• Promote a positive, professional and productive working environment.
• Support the opening and development of new shops.
• Monitor competitors and market developments.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
