Requirements:

  • graduated Engineer in mechanical, chemical, hydraulic or electrical engineering
  • 3-5 years of territory sales experience within relevant industry
  • strong commercial orientation and business sales experience
  • knowledge of the local water treatment market as well as chemical and petrochemical industry is a plus
  • strong knowledge of English
  • open personality, capable of high-quality communication with emphasized negotiation, organization, analytical skills
  • flexible and initiative sales professional

Responsibilities:

  • sales and business development of the markets of Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia i Herzegovina and Kosovo
  • further development of sales network - searching for new clients and projects, organizing visits and handling technology and product presentations
  • negotiating tender and contracting terms
  • nurturing excellent relationships with potential clients, providing support and standing as a contact point
  • recognizing clients’ needs, proposing the most efficient solutions and after-sales support
  • preparation of technical and commercial quotations
  • exploring the market for new business opportunities
  • monitoring of competitors’ activities and market trends in general
  • reporting on activities to Sales Director
