Area Sales Manager / Serbia (m/f/d)

Win customers – sell window and door hardware – drive growth: As Area Sales Manager, you win new customers, build stronger relationships with existing customers and find new business opportunities. You support your customers from technical and commercial advice through to signing the contract, and help them use our products in practice.

Your responsibilities

• You win new industrial customers in your sales region and develop existing customer relationships, with a clear focus on sales and profit.
• You understand customer needs, increase sales through upgrades and additional products, and follow up on sales opportunities until you close the deal.
• You give industrial customers technical and commercial advice, prepare quotations, and negotiate prices and contracts.
• You help customers use our products, fit hardware to sample windows and doors, and help solve technical problems.
• You plan and prioritise your sales activities independently, keep customer information and sales opportunities up to date in the CRM system, and manage your sales pipeline.
• You monitor the market and competitors, carry out sales and marketing campaigns, and represent us at trade fairs and industry events.
• You coordinate customer training and work with internal teams on complaints to make sure customers receive reliable updates.

Your skills and experience

• Completed commercial and/or technical education or training;
• At least three years of sales experience, ideally in industrial B2B sales, with experience in winning new customers and developing existing customer relationships;
• A good technical understanding and an interest in explaining complex products clearly and showing customers how to use them;
• An understanding of pricing and profit margins, and the ability to balance customer needs with business goals;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and a professional, reliable approach, including in difficult customer discussions and when handling complaints;
• An independent, organised way of working, with clear priorities and a strong focus on achieving sales targets;
• Confidence using MS Office and CRM systems, and the ability to use digital tools and AI applications effectively and responsibly;
• Proficiency in German or English required.
