We Are Hiring | Area Sales Manager Serbia

Novaservis FERRO Group is looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our South-East Europe team and support the continued growth of our business in Serbia.

Area of responsibility: North Serbia
Full-time | Indefinite period contract

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, strengthening customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing FERRO Group’s market presence across Serbia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sales through existing customers and acquire new business opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, installers, and key customers
• Conduct product presentations, trainings, and provide technical and commercial support
• Assess local market conditions and identify growth opportunities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Achieve commercial targets in line with company strategy and annual business plans
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional relationship management
• Share market insights, business opportunities, and best practices with regional teams and headquarters
• Represent and strengthen the FERRO Group brand in the Serbian market

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
• Experience in the sanitary, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or building materials industry is highly preferred
• Proven track record in customer relationship management, contract negotiations, and achieving sales targets
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good English level (minimum B1)
• Driving license category B
• Availability for frequent travel across Serbia
• Higher education in a Technical field, Business, Economics, Marketing, or related area is an advantage
