Art Director

We are looking for an Art Director to join our agency full-time and lead the visual direction of projects across diverse marketing and communication channels. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, a strong conceptual mindset, and the ability to translate strategic goals into compelling visual narratives while guiding and elevating the design team.

Responsibilities:

• Defining and leading the visual direction of campaigns and projects from brief to final execution
• Developing creative concepts and ideas in collaboration with copywriters and the Creative Director
• Ensuring visual consistency and excellence across all channels and formats
• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring designers, providing clear creative direction and feedback
• Reviewing and approving design work, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and concept
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive delivery
• Presenting creative concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards
• Staying up to date with design trends, cultural insights, and industry innovations

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in design / art direction roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and campaign-level work
• Proven ability to lead creative processes and teams
• Excellent understanding of branding, visual systems, typography, and storytelling
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Affinity and presentation tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strategic thinking combined with high-level visual execution
• Experience working across integrated campaigns (digital, print, social)
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and guide team members.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• A strong, versatile portfolio demonstrating conceptual depth and visual excellence is required.
