Asset Recovery Specialist - US Trucking Industry

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Asset Recovery Specialist to manage the return of company-owned assets in accordance with contractual agreements. This role involves coordinating asset recovery activities, maintaining accurate records, communicating with customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding the return of company-owned assets as required by contractual agreements.
• Coordinate and monitor asset return activities from initiation through completion.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and status updates related to asset recovery cases.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient and compliant asset recovery processes.
• Arrange logistics and scheduling for asset retrieval when necessary.
• Review contracts and account information to verify asset ownership and return obligations.
• Resolve customer inquiries professionally and courteously throughout the recovery process.
• Ensure all recovery activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, contractual terms, and applicable laws.
