Power Construction Corporation of China Limited Ogranak Beograd is publishing a job advertisement for position of a Assistant the Equipment and Materials Department

Location: Belgrade

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Equipment and Materials Department in daily procurement activities
  • Contact local suppliers, collect quotations, and conduct market research
  • Assist in supplier sourcing, comparison, and evaluation
  • Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding material delivery schedules and documentation
  • Assist in warehouse inventory checks and material receipt procedures
  • Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and procurement reports
  • Support communication between local suppliers and project departments

Job requirments:  

  • Previous experience in procurement, logistics, warehouse management, administration, or construction projects is preferred
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to communicate in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
  • Familiar with the Serbian market and local supplier resources
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a multicultural environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above preferred
  • Valid Serbian driving license (Category B) preferred
