Are you excited to help leading brands grow through smart, data-driven campaigns?
We’re looking for an Associate Specialist, Paid Social to join our s360 team in Belgrade, and work closely with clients in the Denmark market.
At s360, a leading European digital agency, we're embarking on an exciting new chapter by launching a world-class centre of excellence in Belgrade. You’ll be part of our Paid Social department, supporting day-to-day campaign execution, and turning performance data into clear actions. You will become part of a team that values curiosity, structure, and continuous improvement.
This position follows an evening-shift setup most days, typically from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with remote work expected most of the time. The final structure of the role and the specific arrangement will be tailored to the individual candidate to ensure the best mutual fit.
What you’ll do
This is a strong opportunity to build your paid social experience in a hands-on role where you’ll learn quickly, take ownership step by step, and help deliver high-quality work during important campaign hours. Specifically, you can expect to:
- Support the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across relevant platforms, working closely with more experienced specialists in the team.
- Help keep campaigns running smoothly during evening hours by following pacing, delivery, budgets, and early performance signals.
- Assist with day-to-day campaign execution and make sure tasks are handled in a structured, dependable way.
Turn observations from platform data into clear notes, recommendations, and next steps that help improve performance over time. - Contribute to performance reporting by helping gather insights, learnings, and actions in a format that is easy for colleagues and clients to understand.
- Collaborate with specialists across channels and markets to make sure paid social work supports broader digital strategies and client goals.
- Work effectively in a remote-first evening-shift setup most days while staying closely connected to colleagues in our Belgrade office and wider s360 organisation.
What we’re looking for
We don’t expect perfection from day one, and we welcome candidates who are still growing. What matters most is a strong foundation in paid social, the right mindset, and the motivation to keep learning. To the role you will bring:
- You have some hands-on experience with paid social, or a strong relevant foundation from internships, student jobs, freelance work, or a first full-time role.
- You understand the basics of campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, creative testing, and performance optimization.
- You are comfortable working with platform data and spreadsheets, and you enjoy spotting patterns, issues, and opportunities.
- You communicate clearly and work well with others, especially in a setup that depends on strong collaboration and reliable handovers.
- You are structured, proactive, and detail-oriented in the way you approach tasks and follow-up.
- You are motivated by an evening-shift schedule and comfortable with remote work being part of the role most of the time.
- Experience with tools such as Meta Ads Manager is highly relevant; familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, or reporting tools is a nice to have.
- You speak Serbian and have strong written and spoken English skills.
If you have any questions about the role, you’re welcome to reach out to Head of Paid Social, Christian Toftegaard electronically.
Grow your career at s360
This is a unique opportunity to join a new team at the heart of s360’s international expansion. You’ll work with experienced specialists, gain exposure to international clients, and grow quickly in a supportive, cross-market setup. You can expect:
- Our office at the Navigator Business Center - the heart of New Belgrade’s modern business scene.
- Remote work policy available after the onboarding.
- Private health insurance and a Sick Leave policy.
- In addition to your standard leave, you receive 2 extra days off around religious holidays, in accordance with the law
- Regular team lunches and team buildings, with a fully stocked office fridge (coffee, sodas, and snacks).
- An accelerated learning path with opportunities to quickly gain hands-on experience on real projects for leading international brands, taking on more responsibility as you grow.
- Collaborate daily with a young team of marketing experts across European markets in a fast-growing, agency environment.
