JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparation of technical specification and requirements of new production equipment
- Setup, release and optimization of production equipment
- Optimization and adjustment of assembly machine programs
- Support project team during equipment development and procurement
- Cooperation on changes for production processes during industrialization and serial phase by applying valid change management procedures
- Support Ramp up and release of new and transferred machines and processes according valid procedures and on time
- Programming of PLCs according to the standard, project documentation and functional description of the process in the programming environments SIMATIC MANAGER and TIA PORTAL, CodeSys
- Setting the parameters of frequency converters (SIEMENS, FESTO, DANFOSS, STC) and communication with PLCs
- Programming Human Machine Interface using SIEMENS WinCC and Wonderware InTouch visualization software
- Setting up industrial networks via PROFIBUS, PROFINET, ETERCAT, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Electronic, Automatics, or related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in similar position, preferably in automotive electronics Industry
- Knowledge in programming of robots, collaborative robots and PLC (e.g. Simatic S7)
- Knowledge of robot operation (KUKA, UR) and their implementation in process automation
- Knowledge of pneumatic equipment, industrial scanners and cameras.
- Advanced MS Office
- Proven communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English
