Yettel is looking for a B2B ICT Solution Sales Expert who will be responsible for developing and shaping complex ICT sales opportunities by delivering end-to-end solutions tailored to business customers.
At this position, you will work closely with sales, presales, product and marketing teams to understand customer needs, design solution-based offers and support closing of complex ICT deals. You will play a key role in positioning Yettel as a trusted ICT partner and enabling the shift from product-based to solution-led selling.
What we will expect from you:
- Developing and shaping new ICT business opportunities with existing and new B2B customers
- Understanding customer business needs and translate them into tailored ICT solutions
- Designing and positioning end-to-end solutions across Cloud, Cyber Security, Managed Services, Data/AI and Connectivity domains
- Defining clear value proposition and business benefits for proposed solutions
- Supporting sales teams in structuring and closing complex ICT deals
- Preparing proposals, business cases and presentations for customers and internal stakeholders
- Participating in key customer meetings, workshops and negotiations
- Collaborating with presales, product and marketing teams to ensure aligned go-to-market approach
- Providing feedback from the market and contribute to further development of ICT portfolio
- Supporting development of solution sales mindset and ICT knowledge within the organization
For a good start, you will need:
- University degree, preferably in IT, telecommunications, business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in ICT, telecom or IT industry
- Experience in roles such as solution sales, presales, business development or consulting
- Strong understanding of ICT domains (Cloud, Cyber Security, Networking, Managed Services; AI/Data is a plus)
- Experience in working on complex B2B sales opportunities
- Ability to connect technology with business value
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and ability to work cross-functionally
- Fluency in English is a must
