Beauty Affiliate & Ecommerce Marketing Specialist

Booscala is an Beauty eCom Growth agency, helping K-Beauty brands scale across Amazon, Shopify and Instagram. We currently manage 8 brands and work with clients across the US and Europe. Our team of 18 is based in Serbia, fully remote.

This is a newly created role, you'll be our first-ever Affiliate & Creator Manager, meaning you'll have real ownership in building this function from the ground up.

What You'll Do ?

• Find and qualify beauty creators and affiliates, primarily for Amazon (Instagram later on)
• Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and influencers
• Negotiate collaborations: flat fees, commission-only, hybrid deals and gifting/seeding
• Set up and manage commission structures and affiliate programs
• Track and analyze performance: GMV, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, ROAS per creator
• Identify which creators and content actually drive sales, not just views
• Help build out the affiliate function across our 4 brands, starting with Amazon and expanding into Shopify and Instagram

What We're Looking For ?️‍

• Experience working with affiliates and influencers, including negotiating commissions and deal structures
• Familiarity with any affiliate or influencer program tool is a strong plus
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with data and spotting patterns
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Genuine curiosity and a fast-learning mindset
• Consistency and follow-through: you keep things moving without needing to be pushed
• Ownership mentality: you take initiative and see things through
• Good spoken and written English (you'll be working with US and European brands)
• Passion for skincare

$1000-$1500 Gross Salary - Paid via Deel.com as Contractor. ? Willing to pay more for more experience.
