Duties and responsibilities

• Behaves professionally at all times, reflecting the company's high standards
• Takes care of guest luggage during check-in, check-out and room transfer
• Receives, parks and delivers guests' or others' vehicles
• Organizes the guest's luggage and, if necessary/requested by the guest, stores the luggage in the designated luggage room next to the reception
• Opens the door
• Gives instructions to guests
• Organizes luggage
• Takes care of luggage tagging
• Reports to Bell Desk Captain as well as Front Desk Manager
• Performs other duties as directed by the Front Desk Manager and the Bell Desk Captain

Skills

• Valid driver's licence
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good Communication Skills, English language required
• Very presentable and well groomed
• Very attentive and be able to think on his feet
• Extremely agile as the job demands speed and efficiency in its execution
