Company with experience in transportation on the territory of USA and Canada is looking for:
Billing Coordinator
to work in Belgrade (working hours 15-23h)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in billing, administration, accounting support, logistics, or a similar position in US trucking or transportation industry
- Good conversational and written English skills
- High school or University Degree
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Well-developed communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work within a team and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and issuing invoices for completed loads
- Checking and matching rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, lumper receipts and other load documents
- Making sure all billing documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed
- Communicating with dispatchers, brokers, customers, and drivers regarding missing or incorrect documents
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate billing records
- Following up on unpaid or disputed invoices
- Assisting with reports and other administrative tasks when needed
