Company with experience in transportation on the territory of USA and Canada is looking for: 

Billing Coordinator

to work in Belgrade (working hours 15-23h)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in billing, administration, accounting support, logistics, or a similar position in US trucking or transportation industry
  • Good conversational and written English skills
  • High school or University Degree
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Well-developed communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work within a team and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and issuing invoices for completed loads
  • Checking and matching rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, lumper receipts and other load documents
  • Making sure all billing documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed
  • Communicating with dispatchers, brokers, customers, and drivers regarding missing or incorrect documents
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate billing records
  • Following up on unpaid or disputed invoices
  • Assisting with reports and other administrative tasks when needed
