Job Title: Accountant / Billing Specialist

Location:Niš office. This is a fully on-site role. We value face-to-face collaboration and believe the best results come from working together in the same environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing and closing loads on Mondays and Tuesdays for statements.
• Accurately input and process driver detention and layover charges.
• Ensure all loads are properly and accurately closed in the system.
• Enter and maintain load-related data in the system.
• Maintain and update Google Sheets with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness across accounting records and systems.
• Work closely with Dispatch, Hiring, Maintenance, ELD, Accounting, and Safety to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across all areas of the company.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 6 months of previous experience in Accounting is preferred, but not required.
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and strong overall computer skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
