We are hiring a Billing specialist to join our team in Kragujevac.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare, issue, and verify client invoices
• Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with contracts and pricing agreements
• Monitor invoice status and maintain accurate billing documentation
• Track outstanding receivables and collaborate with relevant teams to support timely collections
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies in cooperation with supervisors and other departments
• Work closely with operational teams to validate billing data and delivered services.
• Ensure timely invoicing and support month-end financial closing activities.
• Prepare regular reports on revenue, invoice volume, billing adjustments, and variances
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal company policies and procedures
• Support the efficient execution and continuous improvement of billing-related processes

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree (VI or VII level of education)
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in the same or similar role is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
