What can you expect?

As BIM Manager - Beograd:

• You will coordinate all project-specific BIM issues at the Beograd office.
• You will be the central contact person for BIM and Revit-related questions at the Beograd office.
• You will support our planning teams in weekly BIM meetings with workflows, standards, and complex inquiries.
• You will support ongoing projects in BIM-specific processing and ensure the implementation of internal BIM standards.
• You will be responsible for setting up new Revit projects.
• You will carry out model checks for quality assurance and ensure clean workflows and IFC exports.
• You will ensure the implementation and further development of our BIM structures.
• You will report regularly to cross-site BIM management and coordinate closely with them.

• You will be part of the cross-location BIM-Management Team.
• You will actively participate in the further development of our BIM strategy.
• You will assist in the creation of Revit content. Dynamo scripts and Solibri rules.
• You will contribute to the optimization of processes and digital tools.

What should you bring to the table?

• Many years of experience in using Revit as a central BIM tool, including family creation.
• In-depth knowledge of the BIM method, relevant standards, and requirements.
• A structured, independent, and efficient way of working.
• Willingness to contribute to existing structures and develop them constructively.
• Analytical thinking and an “out-of-the-box” approach to complex issues.
• Solution-oriented and future-oriented attitude.
• Empathy, team spirit, flexibility, and enjoyment of cross-location collaboration.

What might help as well?

• Certifications in the field of BIM.
• Professional experience in BIM management.
• Experience in architectural planning and knowledge of relevant standards.
• Knowledge of Dynamo, Python, Rhino, Enscape, AutoCAD, CDE systems, and MS Office.
