Key Responsibilities

Book FTL loads optimized for our box truck fleet.(no partial loads)
Locate high-paying freight using major load boards and direct broker contacts.
Build relationships with reliable brokers, leveraging our long-standing MC.
Plan routes and maintain daily communication with our company drivers.

Requirements

2+ years of experience dispatching commercial Box Trucks.
Deep knowledge of the US freight market and load boards (DAT, Truckstop).
HOS and ELD knowledge (preferred).
Strong negotiation and English communication skills.
Candidates with established relationships with brokers will be given preference.
