We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and further develop an international freight forwarding operation in Belgrade. This is a senior management opportunity for a commercially minded logistics professional who combines strong operational knowledge with the ability to lead people, build customer relationships and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the branch across air, sea and road freight, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations while developing the business and strengthening its position in the market. You will work closely with international colleagues and customers, identify new opportunities and contribute to the continued growth and development of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the company's overall business in Serbia (air, ocean and road freight, sales)
Define and execute the growth strategy, with full P&L responsibility
Drive business development and build long-term relationships with clients and partners
Lead, motivate and develop the local team
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
Ensure business operations comply with legal regulations and internal company standards
Report regularly to regional/European management

What We're Looking For

Experience in freight forwarding/logistics
Proven track record in business development and team management
Strong knowledge of the Serbian transport and logistics market
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, independence and results orientation
Category B driving license
