RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Presentation, promotion, and direct sales at the Point of Sale located in a shopping center.
• Deliver premium customer experience through product presentations, demonstrations, events, and sales activities while achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Acquisition of new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Making and updating customer and product databases.
• Related administrative duties, including reporting to the line manager, preparing and sending offers, invoicing, and organizing deliveries.
• Secure the proper operation of the Point of Sale in accordance with legal requirements and Employer standards.
• Support product knowledge development and training activities for retail, service, and sales teams.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions while promoting Miele brand values and product expertise.
• Adapt training materials to local market needs in alignment with Global Training Academy guidelines.
• Manage and maintain e-learning and digital training programs.
• Evaluate organizational performance and training effectiveness to ensure training initiatives meet business needs and contribute to improved results.
• Develop short, medium and long-term training strategies for the local market and effectively manage training resources and budget.
• Plan, implement, and execute training programs across customer groups and sales channels.
• Cooperate closely with Sales, Marketing, B2B partners, Product Management, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent product communication and knowledge transfer.
• Provide product-related support to Sales and Product Category Management teams when needed.
