Brand & Design Specialist

Role Description

Go2Power Consulting is looking for a Brand & Design Specialist to join our team and help shape how we present ourselves — online and in print. This is a junior role, perfect for someone early in their career who wants to grow into owning a company's visual identity end-to-end. You'll work across our LinkedIn presence, our project reference book, our company catalogue, and our broader social media campaigns, while helping keep our overall brand design consistent and compelling.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow our LinkedIn company page — planning, creating, and publishing content
• Manage our website
• Design and maintain a project reference book, showcasing our completed projects
• Support the overall visual design and brand consistency of company materials (presentations, marketing collateral, internal documents, etc.)
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to gather content and project information for design materials
• Occasionally develop engaging visuals for conferences, create branded company merchandise, and assist with the design and setup of exhibition booths

What We're Looking For

• Able to commute to Belgrade 2-3 times per week
• BSc degree completed in a relevant field (design, graphic design, marketing, communications, or similar)
• Up to 2 years of professional experience (recent graduates welcome to apply)
• Excellent knowledge of English (B2/C1 levels) - mandatory
• Strong sense of visual design and attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (advanced functions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva or similar)
• Comfortable managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
• Good written communication skills
• Interest in the energy sector and willingness to learn about grid, market, and power system topics to inform brand and design work.
