Brand Manager

Mauricius. d.o.o. is the exclusive distributor of cosmetic brands. We are looking for an ambitious, initiative, diligent and systematic person willing to take initiative in the following position: BRAND MANAGER

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Planning, development and implementation of brand strategy and marketing plan
• Preparation and implementation of all marketing activities and expenses, presentation of monthly reports
• Control and management of marketing budget
• Assortment management and inventory control brand
• Communication with foreign partners
• Research and implementation of market analysis and competition
• Strategy of developing new products launch and development
• Coordinate and communication with other departments (sales, production, logistics, finance)
• Monitoring the implementation of promotions with key customers and adequate reporting

Requirements:

• University degree in economics or management
• Minimum 1 year experience in the FMCG sector in similar jobs
• Required advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• High level of organizational and analytical skills, driver’s license B category
• Excellent communication skills
• Goal oriented
