I. Company Profile

Vetrozelena d.o.o. is a renewable energy project company established in Serbia by the China state-owned company Powerchina Construction Corporation (Powerchina) to promote in-depth cooperation between China and Serbia in the field of clean energy. The company is currently responsible for the construction and operation of the Vetrozelena 300 MW Wind Power Project in Serbia, which is one of the largest new energy power projects in Serbia in terms of installed capacity. 

II. Job Information

• Position: Business & Legal Specialist
• Work Location: Airport City Belgrade

III. Main Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and translating business contracts, agreements, and legal documents;
• Coordinate communication with local authorities, law firms, and business partners;
• Manage and organize business and legal documents;
• Support legal affairs such as compliance, permits, and registrations;
• Participate in business negotiations and provide language support;
• Facilitate communication between Chinese and local teams;
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors. 

IV. Job Requirements

• Male or female, holding a bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Law, Business, Economics, or related fields are preferred; 
• Proficient in Serbian, English, and Chinese, with strong verbal communication and written translation skills; 
• Familiarity with Serbian local laws, regulations, and business procedures is preferred; 
• Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; 
• Holder of a valid Serbian driver’s license; 
• Possesses strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to adapt to a cross-cultural working environment.
