Business Controller Responsibilities

Prepare, analyze and interpret monthly, quarterly and annual management reports
Monitor budget performance, forecasts and key business performance indicators
Analyze variances between planned and actual results and recommend corrective actions
Participate in budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes
Provide analytical support for management decision-making through profitability, cost and investment analyses
Track and analyze costs by cost centers, projects, products and business lines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve understanding of business results and strengthen financial discipline
Prepare ad hoc analyses, business scenarios and financial models
Monitor financial data quality and improve reporting processes and tools
Participate in the development of internal controls and standardized financial reporting processes

What We’d Love for You to Have

Degree in Economics, Finance or a related field
Intermediate level of English
Advanced MS Office skills
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or SAP is an advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and planning abilities
Independence, initiative and proactive approach
Problem-solving mindset
Understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and business performance analysis
Team-oriented attitude
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large volumes of data
Ability to react quickly and identify optimal solutions
