Business Development Manager (Medior/Senior)

We are looking for a Business Development professional to join our team in the Belgrade office.

You will play a key role in shaping the positioning and long-term growth of our proprietary software products. The role is focused on understanding the market, analyzing competition, and defining clear strategic direction for product development and positioning.

We develop and manage a portfolio of software products used in complex and high-responsibility environments, including AI-driven systems, enterprise platforms, and mobile applications. Due to the nature of our work, detailed product information is shared during the later stages of the hiring process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and refine business and go-to-market strategies for proprietary software products
• Analyze target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Identify and clearly define product positioning, value proposition, and competitive advantages
• Conduct in-depth research of competitors and market trends, with a focus on AI-based solutions
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to influence product direction
• Contribute to product evolution by translating market insights into actionable recommendations
• Prepare high-quality strategic materials, product documentation, and presentations
• Align internal teams around product positioning, strategy, and market approach
• Take ownership of product success from a market and positioning perspective

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in Business Development, Product Strategy, or similar roles within the software industry
• Strong understanding of software products and development processes
• Experience working with complex products (enterprise systems, AI solutions, or similar)
• Ability to analyze markets and competitors and translate insights into clear strategies
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong writing and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with structured approach to problem solving
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
