Business Development Manager

Scope of work:

• Identify, approach and win new customers across road, air, ocean and rail freight
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Lead commercial meetings, negotiations and follow-through — from first contact to closed deal
• Collaborate closely with the local team and Maurice Ward offices across Europe
• Contribute to the broader commercial development of our Serbia operation
• Deliver agreed KPIs and maintain clear, accurate sales reporting

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or a related sales role
• Good understanding of freight forwarding across at least two transport modes
• Good English language skills, written and spoken (B2 or higher)
• Strong communicator with proven ability to negotiate and build lasting client relationships
• Self-starter with commercial drive and a structured approach to managing a pipeline
• Willingness to travel within Serbia and occasionally regionally
• Category B driving licence
• Experience with international key accounts or project cargo is a plus, but not required.
