Business Development Representative

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and help us build meaningful relationships with reputable organizations across the United States and EU, present in healthcare, e-commerce, IT, business development, and other industries.

Our clients are well-positioned companies in the USA and EU. We help companies connect with qualified prospects through personalized outreach and strategic business development. Think of us as an extension of our clients' sales team; we find the right people and book the meetings, so they can focus on selling.

In this role, you'll be responsible for: 

• Generating new meetings with potential & targeted customers using personalized outreach (phone, email, social media)
• Maintaining a healthy pipeline of meetings booked for Account Executives is the goal of this role 
• Overseeing the start of the sales cycle from prospect to qualification 
• Working closely with Sales and Marketing dep. on projects that help drive inbound & outbound revenue growth 
• Collaborating with team members to share and learn from best practices

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience with outbound prospecting will be considered as a plus
• Excellent verbal & written communication; must be fluent in English
• A self-starter, focused, dynamic, and eager to learn
• Must be available for work Monday-Friday, first and second shift
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to share ideas, provide feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of our processes and results.

Initial training is provided, and we will make sure you have everything needed in order to successfully start your job.
