Role Purpose
The Business Enablement Lead is a company-wide role focused on turning strategy into action and making sure the company’s top priorities actually get done. This role is about momentum, keeping the business moving forward with focus, speed, and accountability.
Partnering closely with the COO and senior leaders, the role helps shape and deliver company strategy by driving initiatives, pushing critical projects forward, and improving how the business executes day to day. The Business Enablement Lead works across teams to align efforts, cut through ambiguity, and unblock progress.
This is a hands-on role. When needed, the Business Enablement Lead steps directly into operations to provide structure, make decisions, and own outcomes especially during periods of growth, change, or when teams are stretched. This can include stabilizing processes, supporting leaders in execution, or temporarily taking ownership to ensure work keeps moving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross‑functional projects that span teams, business units, or geographies, acting as the single point of coordination from problem definition to delivery and outcomes.
- Maintain visibility and control over the strategic portfolio, including objectives, success metrics, ownership, dependencies, risks, and delivery status; ensure initiatives stay aligned with execution capacity and business priorities.
- Keep execution lightweight and disciplined as well as stepping in hands‑on when momentum is at risk to unblock, realign, or reset scope and priorities for all our services.
- Provide people leadership across initiatives and teams, setting clear expectations, coaching leaders and contributors through change, and fostering accountability, ownership, and high performance even where formal reporting lines do not exist.
- Strengthen business enablement across the company by improving workflows, clarifying ownership and decision rights, standardizing where it helps, and reducing friction between teams.
- Own the enablement roadmap, including workflow simplification, knowledge management, continuous improvement practices, and adoption of AI and automation where they create real impact.
- Co‑drive AI and digital transformation with technology leadership by shaping and managing a portfolio of practical, high‑value use cases that improve efficiency and unlock new opportunities.
- Capture and apply learnings from execution to continuously improve how the company plans, operates, and delivers.
- Actively nurture and strengthen company culture, reinforcing values through ways of working, leadership behavior, and decision‑making; support an environment of trust, accountability, learning, and collaboration as the company grows.

Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations, transformation, business enablement, program management, or related fields.
- Experience working closely with C‑level roles in a fast‑changing environment.
- Demonstrated track record of leading complex cross‑functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital efficiency tools, AI/automation, and data‑driven decision frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
