Business Operations Associate

We are looking for a colleague to join us as a Business Operation Associate!

Take a closer look at the main duties: 

• Review, verify, and process employee timesheets, ensuring accurate recording of working hours and compliance with company procedures
• Create purchase requisitions and goods receipt purchase orders in the ERP system, maintain accurate records of purchase orders and invoices, allocate invoices by cost center, update cost distribution files, and ensure timely invoice processing and payment
• Support Travel & Entertainment processes by assisting with expense administration and ensuring compliance with internal policies
• Coordinate import and export activities by preparing and reviewing shipping documentation, communicating with freight forwarders and customs authorities, and supporting timely delivery of goods
• Monitor operational data, prepare regular reports, and support the team with accurate information for day-to-day business operations
• Work closely with the HR team to support employee-related processes and ensure smooth execution of operational activities
• Provide day-to-day operational support to employees by responding to inquiries, coordinating requests, and assisting with internal processes

What we expect from you:

• Fluency in speaking and writing of English language  
• Advanced knowledge level of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Proficiency with business tools (Oracle or other ERP systems)
• Strong presentation skills
