Business Support Lead Indirect Procurement - Adriatic Cluster

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Leading administrative and reporting processes within indirect procurement;
• Driving SAP implementation and process standardization;
• Managing and developing the team (performance, engagement, development);
• Overseeing accounting and P2P processes, including purchase orders;
• Ensuring compliance with SOX controls and relevant regulations;
• Driving process improvements and optimization initiatives;
• Coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders on contracts and documentation;
• Supporting integration and alignment of processes with Nomad Foods.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Higher education in economics or a related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement analytics or finance administration;
• Advanced user of MS Office and SAP;
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
• Strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
