- Maintain strong business partnerships through client visits, regular updates and account management;
- Handle negotiations, finalize terms of payments and confirm orders with appropriate follow-up;
- Coordinate with the sales team for pending orders and follow up as necessary;
- Liaise with the concerned team on stock allocation for all orders;
- Coordinate with the warehouse on the delivery schedule, and control B2B stocks and advise customers accordingly;
- Provide the B2B Sales Manager with periodic analysis and updates;
- Follow up on customers’ statement of account and submit invoices accordingly;
- Handle the DEP enrollment process;
- Study the market for potential clients, approach and build new partnerships leading to sales growth and new opportunities.
