We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Butler Service Desk Agent to join our team. This role is at the heart of the guest experience, ensuring that every request is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and personalized care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest requests, inquiries, and concerns via telephone, email, chat, and other communication channels. 
• Coordinate and follow up on guest requests with relevant hotel departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution. 
• Provide guests with information regarding hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and points of interest. 
• Process room service orders and accurately record transactions in the hotel systems. 
• Manage wake-up call requests, guest messages, and telephone communications. 
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and actions taken to resolve guest concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with guests by anticipating their needs and delivering personalized service. 
• Support guests with various aspects of their stay, including in-room amenities, internet access, and entertainment services. 
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect the luxury service standards of St. Regis.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
Languages: Fluency in Serbian and English
Related Work Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
