Your role and impact:
As a key part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction for our stakeholders. Here's what you'll do:
- Engage with stakeholders through phone, live chat, and email, always embodying our customer-first approach.
- Proactively manage orders, inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely resolution of cases.
- Record and maintain accurate information in our systems, diligently processing vital data.
- Cultivate strong, professional relationships with partners, showcasing empathy in all interactions.

What we look for:
- Language proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written French(minimum level C1) and proficient in spoken and written English (minimum level B1)—both languages are essential.
- Availability: Full-time availability, organized in morning and afternoon shifts (Monday – Saturday, 5 days a week), is a must.
- Problem-Solving skills: Demonstrate analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
