Responsibilities

• Professionally and politely answering client calls
• Keeping records of conversations and updating the database
• Identifying client needs and directing them to the appropriate departments
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication

Qualifications

• Minimum completed high school
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients
• Experience in call center or similar positions
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
• Responsibility, punctuality, and team spirit
• Fluent speaking and writing in English
