Cards may look simple from the outside. Behind every successful transaction, however, there are systems, processes and people making sure everything works exactly as it should.

As a Card Specialist, you will take ownership of key card operations, work closely with internal and external partners, resolve complex payment issues and help ensure a reliable experience for our customers.

What will you do?

• Register and maintain payment card data
• Monitor issuing and acquiring transactions
• Monitor additional payment card services and CMS applications
• Monitor mCash reservations, processing and transaction booking
• Investigate and resolve card-related complaints
• Communicate with processors regarding operational issues and complaint resolution
• Exchange relevant files and information with processors and the National Bank of Serbia
• Coordinate ATM activation and deactivation processes
• Cooperate with external companies responsible for ATM maintenance
• Prepare internal and external reports for relevant institutions and card schemes
• Control card transactions and related bookings
• Investigate ATM shortages and surpluses
• Provide third-level support for payment transaction issues
• Work closely with other teams across the Bank to continuously improve processes and customer experience

What will help you succeed?

• Minimum secondary education
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Good knowledge of payment card processes and operations
• Good command of English
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• A structured, responsible and solution-oriented approach
• Clear and direct communication
• Willingness to take ownership and follow issues through to resolution

Experience with Visa, Mastercard, ATM operations, processors or card management systems will be considered an advantage.

1. Online assessment

You will receive the assessment via email. It is time-limited, so please make sure to complete it within the specified timeframe.

2. In-person interview
