Position Outline:

• Working hours: second shift
• Reviewing and verifying new carriers before onboarding
• Checking carrier authority, insurance, safety ratings, and required documentation
• Monitoring existing carriers and keeping their information up to date
• Identifying and reporting compliance issues and potential risks
• Communicating with carriers to request missing or updated documentation
• Maintaining accurate carrier records in internal systems
• Supporting fraud-prevention and carrier verification activities
• Working with the operations team to resolve compliance issues
• Supporting day-to-day compliance tasks as assigned by the manager

Required Skills:

• Valid right to work in Serbia without restrictions
• Fluent English
• Strong attention to detail

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, compliance, insurance, or a similar role is a plus
