Carrier Sales Representative

BMM Logistics Nis is seeking a motivated and results-driven Freight Broker to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing capacity, negotiating rates, building carrier relationships, and ensuring successful freight movement from pickup to delivery.

This position is ideal for individuals with experience in freight brokerage, carrier sales, logistics coordination, or transportation account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and transportation providers
• Source and secure truck capacity for customer shipments
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers and customers
• Track and manage loads from pickup through delivery
• Resolve service issues and provide proactive communication
• Build and grow a carrier network
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Utilize TMS and load boards to secure capacity and manage shipments
• Collaborate with customers, dispatchers, and internal teams
