We’re looking for a Carrier Sales Representative to work with trucking companies across the US. You don’t need previous logistics experience - we’ll teach you the industry. What matters most is how you communicate, handle challenges, negotiate, and build relationships.

What the job actually looks like

This is an active, fast-paced sales role. You’ll speak with carriers, negotiate prices, match trucks with available shipments, and keep conversations moving toward a deal. Some calls will go smoothly; others will require persistence, quick thinking, and a different approach.

Your goal is to build reliable partnerships, secure the right capacity for each shipment, and deliver results. Along the way, you’ll develop practical sales skills you can use throughout your career.
