Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing logistics team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a brokerage environment who understands how to build and maintain strong relationships with carriers in the U.S. transportation market.

The ideal candidate is a independent, proactive professional with strong negotiation skills and the ability to identify reliable carrier capacity while ensuring competitive pricing and excellent service. This position plays a key role in coordinating shipments, securing capacity, and supporting the operations team in delivering efficient logistics solutions.

Note: This is an on-site position based in our offices in Novi Sad or Belgrade.

*** Candidates applying for the Belgrade location are required to complete the mandatory training period conducted in our Novi Sad office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, onboard, and develop relationships with reliable carriers in the U.S. market
  • Negotiate competitive rates and secure capacity for available freight
  • Communicate with carriers to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and shipment updates
  • Monitor active loads and ensure on-time performance and service quality
  • Maintain strong relationships with carriers and provide continuous support
  • Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure efficient load coverage
  • Track market trends and carrier availability to optimize pricing and service
  • Handle administrative tasks related to carrier communication, load tracking, and documentation

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Carrier Sales Representative, Dispatcher, or in a similar role within the U.S. trucking industry
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
