We are currently looking for a new team member for the position of: Casino Service Agent
Key Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Additional languages are a strong advantage
- Previous experience in casino support or a similar customer-facing role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A friendly, professional, and customer-oriented approach
Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via chat and other channels, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience
- Assist with inquiries, resolve technical issues, and guide clients through our online casino platforms
- Handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Work closely with internal teams to improve services and enhance the overall player experience
- Work in a shift-based schedule
