CDL A Driver Recruiter – USA

We are looking for an experienced CDL A Driver Recruiter to join our team.

Requirements:

• Advanced English communication skills
• Previous experience recruiting CDL A Truck Drivers in the USA
• Strong knowledge of Tenstreet, MVR, PSP and Clearinghouse (CH)
• Experience managing and posting on social media platforms
• Ability to conduct the complete recruiting process, from the initial conversation with the driver through qualification, documentation, onboarding, and getting the driver into the truck
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
