Job Title: CDL Class A Driver Recruiter (On-Site | Second Shift)

Location: Niš office. This is a fully on-site role. We value face-to-face collaboration and believe the best results come from working together in the same environment.

Working hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized CDL Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting CDL Class A drivers, including company drivers and owner operators, while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. You will work closely with dispatch, safety, and operations teams to attract reliable, qualified drivers who align with our company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, manage, and convert leads into hires
• Conduct fast and effective screenings
• Sell job opportunities to drivers and match them with partner (3rd party) companies
• Manage multiple pipelines and keep high daily activity
• Coordinate with Safety, HR, and external partners
• Track performance and maintain strong conversion rates

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Proven results (hires, conversions, performance metrics)
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Strong multitasking skills - ability to handle high volume of candidates daily
• Experience with Indeed, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or similar platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
