Job Title: CDL Class A Driver Recruiter (On-Site | Second Shift)

Location:We are hiring Recruiters for both our Niš and Belgrade offices. These are fully on-site positions. We value face-to-face collaboration and believe the best results come from working together in the same environment.

Working hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized CDL Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting CDL Class A drivers, including company drivers and owner operators, while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. You will work closely with dispatch, safety, and operations teams to attract reliable, qualified drivers who align with our company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, manage, and convert leads into hires;
• Conduct fast and effective screenings;
• Sell job opportunities to drivers and match them with partner (3rd party) companies;
• Manage multiple pipelines and keep high daily activity;
• Coordinate with Safety, HR, and external partners;
• Track performance and maintain strong conversion rates.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of recruiting experience preferred; candidates without experience will also be considered;
• Proven results (hires, conversions, performance metrics) for experienced candidates;
• Strong English communication skills;
• Strong multitasking skills - ability to handle a high volume of candidates daily;
• Excellent communication and sales skills;
• Ability to sell opportunities to drivers and place them with 3rd party companies;
• Experience with Indeed, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or similar platforms preferred;
• Willingness to participate in additional departmental tasks and training.
